There has been a great deal of media coverage on COVID-19, and with confirmed cases in the Portland and Washington areas, we want you to know how Parr Lumber is responding.
As part of such an important community, the building community here in the Northwest, we recognize our role in supporting our customers and local businesses alike. The Parr Company’s intention is to remain open and serve your needs with your health and safety as our first priority.
We’re taking guidance from the CDC and our locations are taking steps to ensure that surfaces are being frequently cleaned and disinfected. We are requiring employees who may exhibit any symptoms to stay home and to adhere to social distance requirements.
For those of you who have concerns about coming to our store, please know that you can order by phone and we offer free delivery for most orders. We have added extra staff to answer our phones to ensure that your quality of service is affected as little as possible. In addition, we welcome and encourage will call orders for pick up at any of our locations.
